Eats salamanders, frogs, lizards, snakes, worms, and slugs

This small snake is found in most habitats in the region, especially in moist areas. Ring-necked snakes are semi-fossorial, meaning they spend a fair amount of their life underground. Because of this, they are rarely seen on the surface, typically found under rocks, logs, or artifical cover. Active year round, most active March - October.

How do I cancel a sign up?

You cannot cancel sign ups through this portal. Please contact the person coordinating the activity you signed up for to cancel.

Who can see my sign ups?

All docents have access to this page, and can see all sign ups on these pages. What you see on this page is what everyone sees. Docents can only see your name for a sign up, however, managers of each activity can see your email address when you sign up for a time slot.
